Black and white center Fren Kaminski will apparently not play for Partizan in the Basketball League of Serbia.
On Tuesday morning, he found himself at the “Nikola Tesla” airport, which means that he has become redundant in the Partizan team for the competition in the domestic championship. This news was reported by the website of the Sport Club, which also obtained the photo.
According to the KLS rule, each club has the right to have a maximum of four players in its team who do not hold a Serbian passport.
This decision is perhaps expected, because Kaminski did not provide the games expected of him in the matches of the final series of the ABA league against Crvena zvezda.
This further means that Zack Leday, Mateusz Ponitka, James Nanelli, P-J Douzer, Bruno Caboclo and Jaylin Smith are still in contention for the KLS team.
Of them, Željko Obradović will have to cross out two more names.
Partizan will play against Mega in the KLS semi-finals.
