Liverpool are set to be without defender Conor Bradley for three weeks after he picked up an injury to his ankle in their 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace on Sunday. Bradley had to be substituted shortly after half-time in the loss at Anfield after picking up the problem. Bradley has regularly featured for Liverpool at right-back this season and will miss key games heading into the title run-in. The 20-year-old had to be substituted for Trent Alexander-Arnold in the 48th minute of Liverpool’s surprise 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at Anfield on Sunday after picking up the problem.
Bradley’s injury means he is set to miss Liverpool’s crunch UEFA Europa League quarter-final second leg clash against Atalanta on Thursday, as well as matches against Fulham, Everton and West Ham.However, the Northern Ireland international could be back in time for Liverpool’s games against Tottenham, Aston Villa and Wolves in May.
Bradley has been an important part of Liverpool’s team this season and has made 22 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal and contributing six assists.
Reacting to Bradley’s injury on Sunday, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp said in his post-match press conference: “How it is on these days, something like that happens as well.However, the Northern Ireland international could be back in time for Liverpool’s games against Tottenham, Aston Villa and Wolves in May.
